Our client, a leading provider of IT services, is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Technology department supporting various divisions globally. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Desktop Support Analyst
**Location:** Easton, PA 18042 (Onsite)
**Pay Range:** $27.40 - $29.81 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with users to understand issues and providing timely resolutions.
+ Provide comprehensive desktop support for MAC and PC users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
+ Administer and troubleshoot issues related to Office365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and more.
+ Utilize SCCM and JAMF for software deployment and management, ensuring smooth application installations and updates.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5+ years of IT experience in a similar role.
+ Proven experience in providing support for both MAC and PC environments.
+ Strong knowledge of Office365, Adobe Creative Cloud, SCCM, and JAMF.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent working experience.
