Description We are on the lookout for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team based in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role revolves around providing technical assistance, including but not limited to, troubleshooting, setting up machines, and managing network connections. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop computing environment. • Set up and configure printers and network connections to ensure efficient operation. • Ensure smooth operation on both Mac and Windows Operating Systems. • Manage user setup, email access, rules, etc. on O365. • Maintain the ability to quickly switch tasks and adapt to changing priorities. • Work with Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies. • Handle computer hardware and Dell Technologies. • Manage Active Directory and Apple Devices. • Oversee backup technologies and configuration management. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is essential for troubleshooting and supporting Android devices. • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required for maintaining and managing network-related issues. • Experience with Citrix Technologies is necessary for managing and supporting virtual desktops and applications. • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is crucial for diagnosing and resolving hardware issues. • Knowledge of Dell Technologies is desired for supporting Dell hardware and software solutions. • Expertise in Active Directory is needed for managing user accounts and access controls. • Proficiency in handling Apple Devices is important for troubleshooting and supporting Apple hardware and software. • Experience with Backup Technologies is required for ensuring data safety and integrity. • Familiarity with Configuration Management is necessary for maintaining and updating system configurations.
