Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in New Jersey. As part of our team, your role will be pivotal in providing technical support and leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be utilizing your expertise in various technologies and platforms, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and resolving any issues that arise. Responsibilities: • Utilize your knowledge of Android Development, Cisco, Citrix, and Dell Technologies to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Leverage your understanding of networking concepts to maintain and improve our systems' performance. • Use your proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365 to support our daily operations. • Apply your skills in handling Apple Devices and Backup Technologies to ensure data security and system functionality. • Take the lead in processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records. • Handle customer inquiries professionally, utilizing your excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Employ your experience with Configuration Management to enhance system performance and reliability. • Independently monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. • Solid understanding of Cisco Technologies, with the capability to manage and maintain network infrastructure. • Experience with Citrix Technologies, including deployment and troubleshooting. • Demonstrable knowledge of Computer Hardware, including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies, with the ability to conduct necessary repairs and updates. • Proficiency in using Active Directory for managing networked resources. • Adeptness in managing and troubleshooting Apple Devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Macs. • Mastery of Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and availability. • Experience in Configuration Management, including defining and maintaining systems and servers.
