Description Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Support Analyst to join our clients team and provide exceptional technical support for their managed service clients. This role requires a strong background in IT systems, networking, and cloud environments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and excels at delivering solutions that align with client needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities: + Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 environments, including Office 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure Cloud implementations, including virtual machines, storage, and identity services. + Diagnose and address network-related issues, including routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls. + Manage and support endpoint devices, ensuring security and reliability. + Document technical processes, resolutions, and changes, creating comprehensive runbooks, SOPs, and client-facing materials. + Collaborate with project teams to support ongoing tasks and ensure smooth transitions for new implementations. + Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders. + Provide insight into aligning IT services with client-specific business goals and strategies. + Follow and contribute to operational procedures, ensuring consistent application and improvement of best practices. Requirements + Experience in an MSP or IT support role. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Cloud services. + Understanding of networking fundamentals, including troubleshooting and configuration. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. + Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation. + Strong communication and customer service skills for working with clients and team members.
