For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $25 - $30 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Provides support to all IT-related activities and initiatives, including guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on IT problems and ensures resolution + Provides support to a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, and technology related activities for small projects + Works with application developers and operations to support production applications and customer specific operations. + Work with others to hardware break/fix including (printer hardware, System crash, hardware failure, etc.) + Trains customers on new products, applications, and platforms + Contributes to the achievement of team objectives **Experience Requirements:** + 5 years desktop support + Experience in technical and customer-support required + Hardware break/fix + Must be able to fix printer hardware + Ability to be onsite 5 days per week + Microsoft products + ServiceNow + Remote Support + Experience in the securities or financial services industry a plus. **Education Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience + Microsoft or CompTIA certifications preferred _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
