Desktop Support Analyst

Responsibilities: * 30-40% responding to incoming tickets and emails * 30-40% acting on the tickets * 20- 40% supporting IT ops team * Support Desktop hardware and software troubleshooting * General break fix support * Hardware refreshes * Work with Incident response team on ticket triaging * Support OPs team with tier1 tickets * Handle user hardware onboarding/offboarding for studio * Support Turn 10's Devkit Infrastructure * Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including hardware failures and connectivity issues * Monitor system performance, conduct routine checks, and implement updates for optimal efficiency * Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating processes
