Responsibilities: • Provide proficient support for Android Development issues and queries. • Utilize Cisco Technologies effectively to enhance network performance. • Address issues related to Citrix Technologies to ensure smooth operation. • Handle Computer Hardware related problems, ensuring minimal downtime. • Leverage Dell Technologies for system improvements and support. • Manage Active Directory services to maintain user accounts and access controls. • Support and troubleshoot Apple Devices within the organization. • Utilize Backup Technologies to secure critical data. • Perform Configuration Management tasks to maintain system stability.
