+ Computer imaging and upgrades
+ PC and Printer deployment
+ Wyse terminal setup and configuration
+ Configure mobile devices (iPhone, iPad)
+ Clinical software installations
Customer Service and Communication:
+ Communicate technical terms and policies to end users
+ Provide one-on-one training/guidance
+ Deliver exemplary customer service with a "never-say-no" attitude
+ Ensure consistent communication aligned with MCIT members
Technical Skills:
+ End User Device administration, configuration, support, and troubleshooting
+ Use tools and utilities for system analysis and problem resolution
+ Perform checkpoint rounds to ensure equipment is operational
+ Adhere to security policies for IT infrastructure
+ Implement, install, maintain, and support End User Infrastructure equipment and connectivity
+ Resolve software and hardware issues
+ Provide hardware and software acquisition recommendations
+ Perform proactive diagnostic checks on desktops
Administrative Responsibilities:
+ Monitor and log actions in the Front Range ticket system
+ Close tickets within service levels
+ Comply with administrative tasks (Innotas, journal entries, email templates)
+ Assist in implementing and planning projects
+ Involved in software, hardware, systems, servers, and network upgrades
+ Resolve tickets efficiently and perform wire management

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
