Description We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst for our Service Industry team based in Houston, Texas. The Desktop Support Analyst will be a crucial part of our team, providing support for various software and hardware systems, managing user accounts, and ensuring efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, providing a hybrid workplace setting to best meet the needs of our operations. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Intune, DTS, and other related technologies • Handle imaging and configuration management tasks for computer hardware, including Dell and Apple devices • Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and O365 • Assist with SharePoint administration and backup technologies to ensure data safety • Deliver support for printer and VoIP systems as part of our shared services • Act as a point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing swift resolutions • Monitor user accounts and systems, taking necessary actions to maintain optimal performance • Collaborate with the team to meet the diverse IT needs of our multiple companies • Contribute to the continual improvement of our IT services and infrastructure.
