Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Sausalito, California. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to our team across various locations. Besides offering support to our San Francisco office, your responsibilities will include setting up and troubleshooting systems for new and existing employees, installing software applications, and providing basic Office 365/Active Directory support. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Provide help desk support across multiple locations • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees • Install and configure software applications • Offer support primarily for Windows systems, with occasional assistance for Mac systems • Troubleshoot and rectify issues related to WiFi connectivity • Set up and assist users with headsets and other peripherals • Maintain accurate records of IT support activities • Collaborate with the IT department and learn from the CTO and Network Administrator • Provide basic Office 365/Active Directory support. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or in a similar role • Proficient in Android Development • Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware • Familiarity with Dell Technologies • Experience with Active Directory • Understanding of Backup Technologies • Skilled in Configuration Management • Proficiency in using Office 365 • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work in a team and independently as required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
