Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst located in STAMFORD, Connecticut. As a Senior Desktop Support Analyst, you will be tasked with various responsibilities including managing hardware and software issues, user administration, troubleshooting network problems, and more.
Responsibilities:
• Administer user accounts, licensing, and email in Office 365 and Entra ID.
• Handle installation and user administration for common workplace applications such as Office 365, Adobe, NetSuite, Salesforce, and others.
• Address hardware issues, coordinating with vendors for warranty repairs when necessary.
• Provide support for conference room equipment, including TVs, speakerphones, and specialized video conference equipment for Teams and Zoom-based meetings.
• Handle the provisioning and troubleshooting of VOIP and cellular phones for users, interfacing with vendors as needed.
• Manage onsite physical inventory of computer equipment and accessories.
• Serve as the onsite champion for good cybersecurity practices, leading by example and collaborating with additional IT security staff and partners as needed.
• Assist with basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Respond to support requests via emails, phone calls and instant messages.
• Ensure new employees have all necessary IT equipment and access for a successful first day.
Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development to troubleshoot and implement solutions in mobile tech environment
• Profound knowledge of Cisco Technologies to manage network-related issues
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies to ensure seamless virtualization operations
• Ability to diagnose and resolve Computer Hardware issues
• Expertise in Dell Technologies to support hardware-related tasks
• Proficient in Active Directory to manage user accounts and access controls
• Experience with Apple Devices to provide support for MacOS and iOS platforms
• Understanding of Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and recovery
