Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst in the Real Estate industry to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software, and managing customer queries. You will also be tasked with network configuration and management.
Responsibilities:
• Handle technical support queries from users, providing a positive customer experience at all times.
• Maintain and troubleshoot various hardware, such as Dell and Apple devices.
• Implement and manage software including Microsoft desktop operating systems and related Microsoft Office applications.
• Work with networking fundamentals such as IP addresses, gateways, DNS configurations, and routing.
• Utilize Cisco technologies including routers, firewalls, and IOS.
• Operate and troubleshoot virtualization tools such as VMWare, Citrix, or Hyper-V.
• Maintain and configure Active Directory functionalities.
• Manage and resolve issues related to different email systems and protocols (Exchange, IMAP).
• Use backup technologies for data safety and recovery.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Requirements • Proficient in Cisco Technologies, with the ability to handle configuration and troubleshooting tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, able to manage and support virtual desktop infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, capable of diagnosing and fixing hardware-related issues.
• Experience with Dell Technologies, especially in the context of enterprise-level hardware support.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Active Directory, including user account creation, permissions management, and Group Policy configuration.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot Apple Devices, including Macs, iPhones, and iPads.
• Experience with various Backup Technologies, ensuring the security and integrity of data.
• Skilled in Configuration Management, capable of maintaining and controlling system environments for the consistent and reproducible build of source code. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
