Description We are actively recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Your primary tasks will encompass addressing end-user support queries, coordinating device and system set-up, and contributing to IT projects. Responsibilities: • Address and resolve end-user support queries using a range of IT infrastructure hardware and software • Ensure optimal performance of devices and systems to prevent service disruptions • Contribute to IT projects, coordinating efforts to ensure successful outcomes • Create and update support documentation to aid in service restoration and minimize impact of unplanned outages • Manage the IT procurement process as needed • Triage service desk requests and collaborate with various support organizations for smooth IT service delivery • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently • Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Must have 3+ years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar • Proficient with Cisco Technologies • Demonstrable experience in Citrix Technologies • Must have hands-on experience with Computer Hardware • Proficiency in Dell Technologies is required • Experience in managing Active Directory • Knowledge of Backup Technologies is essential • Proficiency in Configuration Management • Must have experience with ITSM Tools • Familiarity with BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM is required • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 • Must have experience in providing End-User Support • Experience in Imaging Devices is required • Knowledge of setting up accounting in computer systems is necessary • Ability to create and manage Technical Documentation • Experience in handling Purchase Requests • Must have experience with Intune Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
