Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Willowbrook, Illinois, United States. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be tasked with troubleshooting server issues and providing basic IT support. Responsibilities • Provide IT support to troubleshoot and rectify issues related to the website • Utilize Android Development skills to enhance system performance • Apply knowledge of Cisco Technologies to improve network infrastructure • Handle computer hardware issues and conduct necessary repairs • Utilize Dell Technologies for system enhancements • Manage user accounts using Active Directory • Provide support for Apple Devices to ensure seamless operations • Perform Configuration Management to maintain system consistency. Requirements • Demonstrated understanding and experience with Cisco Technologies. • Ability to troubleshoot and rectify issues related to Computer Hardware. • Proficient in utilizing Dell Technologies for support purposes. • Knowledge of Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and support. • Expertise in Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and integrity. • Configuration Management skills are essential for efficient system operations.
