If so, we are seeking a proficient Desktop Support Analyst (ranging from T1-T3 support) to join a team based in Grinnell, Iowa. As a Desktop Support Analyst, your role will involve handling support requests from end-users, conducting initial troubleshooting, and facilitating the resolution of technical issues. This position will require interaction with community-based technical resources, sharing technical problems and solutions with the team, and potential travel to service endpoints when necessary. One must be self driven and have a passion for collaborating with all faces with a smile. Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming support requests via phone and email, gather pertinent information, and create trouble tickets
• Perform initial troubleshooting actions which may include repairing, replacing, and installing equipment
• Escalate incidents and ensure ticket resolution
• Guide and assist community-based technical resources in resolving a wide range of service issues
• Maintain and operate devices, ensuring optimal connectivity and configuration
• Participate in quality improvement and skills development activities within the team
• Provide support for applications, including Microsoft Office 365 and Android iOS
• Utilize tools such as Active Directory and Remote Desktop Support for issue resolution
• Offer support for computer hardware related issues
• Share identified technical problems and solutions with the Service Support Team.
Requirements • Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role such as Desktop Support Analyst.
• Proficiency in Computer Hardware is necessary for this role.
• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a prerequisite for this position.
• Candidates should have experience with Android iOS.
• Experience with Remote Desktop Support is necessary.
