Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Conroe, Texas. The main function of this role is to provide comprehensive end-user support across various platforms and devices within the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Providing prompt and efficient end-user support for desktop-related issues.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems associated with tablets, laptops, and computers.
• Leveraging skills in Active Directory to manage user accounts and access.
• Setting up new devices including tablets, laptops, and computers to ensure seamless operation for users.
• Applying basic troubleshooting techniques to resolve user issues and maintain system performance.
• Performing other similar functions as part of the desktop support duties.
• Monitoring and maintaining the health of systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality support to end-users. Requirements • Proficiency in Active Directory, with the ability to manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Solid experience in Desktop Support, including the ability to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Demonstrated skills in Basic Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with peers to solve IT issues.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and modify system performance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in desktop support.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and user experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
• Capability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
• Flexibility to work in shifts or outside of regular office hours, if required.
