Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the Financial Services industry. Situated in Los Angeles, California, our workplace is in need of a proficient individual who can handle a variety of tech-related responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Deliver support for Android Development and Apple Devices. • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Cisco Technologies and Citrix Technologies. • Handle Computer Hardware and Dell Technologies proficiently. • Administer Active Directory operations and updates. • Implement and manage Backup Technologies effectively. • Oversee Configuration Management processes to ensure system stability. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve related issues. • Extensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies, including the ability to configure, install, and support Cisco systems. • Experience with Citrix Technologies, including the ability to manage and maintain Citrix environments. • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware, demonstrating the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies, including the ability to support and troubleshoot Dell systems. • Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management, and understanding of related security protocols. • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Apple Devices. • Knowledge of Backup Technologies, including the ability to create and manage backup solutions. • Understanding of Configuration Management, including the ability to plan, identify, control, and verify the configuration of systems and components.
