**Desktop Support Analyst (Seasonal)** Adecco is assisting a premier clothing retailer for IT jobs in their distribution center in Lynchburg, VA. The pay rate for these positions are $ 22.50. First shift available! You will work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, with a flexible schedule (Weekends included) as volume increases! **Duties and Responsibilities:** · This is an onsite position · Setup, configure, and maintain an array of endpoint devices & peripherals. · Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and implement corrective action for minor technical issues. · Demonstrate ability to identify the nature of technical issues and escalate/assign to appropriate teams. · Demonstrate ability to operate in fast-paced environment and cater to multiple types of environments (e.g. Distribution Center, Contact Center, Remote Workforce Users, and Corporate Offices) **Interpersonal Skills:** · Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting · Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills · Excellent customer service skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Basic understanding of:** Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office Applications (Windows 11, Office 2019, Office 365) Active Directory (OU assignments & group policy) Familiarity with Amazon Workspace Virtual Desktop Environment Support / Troubleshooting Office and Production Printers Networking (Wireless, DHCP & Static IP assignment, DNS) RF Scanners and Mobile Printer Support Click on “Apply Now” to be considered for this Desktop Support Analyst job in Lynchburg, VA! **Pay Details:** $22.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
