Qualifications

Interpersonal skills – advanced

 Advanced customer service skills

C-Suite experience

Professional presence and maturity

Ability to work with other team members (Team first attitude)

Adaptability to a fast-paced environment

 

Technical Knowledge/Skills:

Troubleshooting Skills - intermediate

Oral/Written Communication Skills

Ticketing System experience (ServiceNow)

Windows 10/11 Experience

 

Experience with:

Microsoft Active Directory

Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI)

Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Outlook, Teams

HP, Canon, and Toshiba printer support

 

Nice to haves: A+ Certification, Windows 10/11 Certification, Citrix knowledge, awareness of the security of financial institutions, SCCM knowledge
