Desktop Support Specialist
Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Requirements: Experience providing desktop support within a Microsoft Active Directory and networked LAN/WAN environment (4+ years). Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 Enterprise desktop systems as well as Virtual Desktops within a VMware or Nutanix Citrix environment. Experience supporting the MS Office 365 Suite, Adobe and other desktop applications. Experience supporting various types of desktop hardware including: Dell Laptops and Desktops, MS Surface Tablets, Dell Wyse Thin Clients, MAC and iOS devices. Experience using a desktop inventory tracking system and performing desktop installations, moves, adds, changes, and providing peripheral support. Experience using a ticketing system, such as Remedyforce. Experience providing customer support.  Excellent oral and written communication skills. Clean driving record for the past five years. Previos government experience highly desired.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide daily desktop support to our customers. Occasionally work at remote sites.
