FULLY ONSITE **Second Shift Opening - 1:45pm-10pm Monday to Friday** | Everyone usually works one weekend day per month (One Saturday or Sunday per month 8 to 5 PM) Description o Incidents – Software break/fix o IMACs – Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. o Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers o Basic experience with Active Directory o Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office o Experience with deskside support in a medical environment a plus o Experience with ServiceNow o Experience with LogMeIn o Ticketing System is ServiceNow o Tech walk-up bar at staffed locations Additional Skills & Qualifications Resource must have Windows 10 experience As this is a new contract, please expect some changes regarding hours and locations. Might need candidates to be flexible with schedule and hours Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
