Job Description
Insight Global's Financial Services Client is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join their team. This team is responsible for providing assistance to all front and back office staff across North America. This individual will be responsible for supporting the various lines of business throughout the organization's umbrella. It is a hands-on role and this individual is expected to provide technical expertise in order to resolve issues for the general population. Lastly, this candidate will install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, computer hardware (and any other authorized peripheral equipment) across a range of authorized software applications.

Skills and Requirements
-1+ years of Desktop Support experience, preferably within financial services (ex. Trade Floor support)
-Experience with O365 and Windows desktop technologies such as Outlook
-Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
-Experience building PCs, re-imaging PCs and profiling, configuration, and deployments
-Knowledge of networking, switches, routing etc. -Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
-Azure AD experience null
