Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Desktop Support Tech to join their team. As a Desktop Support Tech, you will be part of the End User Services supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Desktop Support Tech
**Location:** Longmont, Colorado (Onsite)
**Pay Range:** $30 to $35/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
+ Research, maintain, install, and troubleshoot all aspects of laptop and desktop hardware and associated software.
+ Provide excellent customer service while interfacing directly with users to resolve technical issues.
+ Manage the overall ticket queue in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution according to established SLAs.
+ Support conference room technology and assist with compliance issues related to system updates and security.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a desktop support role.
+ Proficiency in supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS, including mobile platforms.
+ Experience with Active Directory and maintaining password security and data integrity.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
