Summary: Seeking a Desktop Support Technician experienced in M365/O365 migrations and mobile device management for hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and user support.
Requirements:
Experience with M365/O365 migrations
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), preferably Intune
Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and terminology
Familiarity with ServiceNow Ticketing system is a plus
Understanding of Palo Alto VPN application related to desktop support
4 years of experience with HS Diploma or 2 years with associate's degree/Tech School Certificate

Knowledge of Intune for MDM
Responsibilities:
Support users with installation of hardware/software and networking components
Perform Windows 11 upgrades and deploy new replacement machines
Diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems issues
Conduct diagnostic reviews and produce error reports
Assist in computer studies, projects, and policy implementation
Design and develop standardized operational management reports
Provide hardware/software recommendations to users
Resolve end-user hardware/software problems including remote access software
Configure new computers and coordinate workstation upgrade/replacement process
Track user requests by opening cases and maintaining case histories
Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
