Desktop Support Technician
Shift Schedule: Sunday 6-3pm, Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm EST Description • Experience in a Help Desk/Desktop Support environment. • Passion for customer support and ability to adapt to different environments. • Must be flexible, patient, and approachable. • Ability to handle challenging support situations with a calm and methodical approach. • Experience working with Microsoft Office 365, Windows and Mac environments. Okta, Dropbox, Zoom, Slack experience a plus. Basic understanding of networks. • Experience with supporting mobile devices: iOS and Android. • Solid written and oral communication skills. • Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy to heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals. Common tickets: hardware issues, software, outlook issues, PCs that are running slow (needs more memory), adding groups in AD, going into OKTA. They are an extension of the NY team of 10 people. 50-60 people in the office Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.80/hr.
