Desktop Support Technician

If you're ready to make an impact and grow your IT career in a supportive environment, we invite you to apply today! + Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and software applications. + Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing solutions to end-users. + Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls. + Assist with the installation and maintenance of peripheral devices (e.g., printers, scanners). + Ensure that security protocols, updates, and patches are applied to systems. + Document technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system. + Provide remote and in-person support to users as needed. + Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. Requirements + A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. + Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus. + 1-3 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or a related technical role. + Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. + Familiarity with common office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, etc.).
