Kforce has a client that is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Phoenix, AZ. Summary: This is an entry-level position where they will be providing technical assistance to customers regarding various hardware and software applications. The main duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing different technical issues, assessing, and understanding the user needs and issues, and recommending/implementing technical fixes for our Associates. Successful applicants will be tasked with the following: * Resolving general helpdesk tickets for end-users within a Windows environment * Active Directory Group/User/Password changes * Troubleshooting networking and connection issues * Providing basic training in computer operation and management * Hardware troubleshooting * Following escalation procedures * General software access issues * Provide in person and onsite technical support to a wide range of user * Identifying outdated documentation * Other tasks as required
