We are seeking 10 entry-level Desktop Support Technicians to join our team for a long-term project. This role involves replacing and upgrading a large number of PCs and laptops, as well as installing new systems across various locations. The project includes refreshing 5,000 desktops/laptops to meet current recommendations. Key Details: + Start Date: First week of March 2025 + Duration: 15 months (until May 2026) + Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST) + Location: On-site in Sioux Falls, SD, with occasional day trips to other locations such as Aberdeen, Mitchell, Yankton, and Marshall Responsibilities: + Provide desktop support, including hardware and software installation + Deploy single sign-on badges and new systems + Refresh workstations to meet current standards + Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner + Collaborate with team members and provide strong customer support Qualifications: + Basic knowledge and experience in desktop support + Ability to lift and move equipment as needed + Strong teamwork and customer service skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
