Desktop Support Technician
Job Title: Desktop Support Technician Description: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team on a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will handle escalations from the Tier 1 helpdesk team and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes using Active Directory. Additionally, this role involves collaboration with other teams, including the NOC and User Administration teams. The technician will primarily provide on-site white glove support, with some responsibilities for remote ticket resolution and hardware support. Key Responsibilities: + Handle escalations from the Tier 1 helpdesk team. + Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes using Active Directory. + Collaborate with the NOC and User Administration teams. + Provide on-site white glove support and resolve tickets remotely when possible. + Perform hardware support tasks. Required Skills: + Desktop support experience + Windows 10 troubleshooting + Active Directory + Technical support + Imaging and deployment + Office 365 + Hardware and printers + Ticketing systems + Intune + Automation and scripting Top Skills: + White glove desktop support experience (2+ years) + Windows 10 troubleshooting experience + Onboarding and termination experience using Active Directory Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.90 - $24.90/hr.
