Overview: Part-Time PC support - Windows 10 and 11 Office 365 support specialist Location: Hauppauge New York, would travel to Queens, Connecticut, and New Jersey Schedule: Tues, Weds, Thurs (8 hours per day) 24 hours a week to start out One-year contract Description: The role requires a resource with Microsoft background to provide onsite support for laptops and other devices within the client's environment Candidate will work three days a week with the main office located in Hauppauge NY, with travel to 3 possible sites in Queens Connecticut and New Jersey Key responsibilities: Provide onsite support for windows10 and 11, and O365 Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptop and other devices Perform regular maintenance, updates, and configurations to ensure optimal performance Assist in the setup and deployment of new devices Collab with IT team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions provided Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications Experience with Windows 10 and 11 and Office 365 support Microsoft background including any relevant certifications example MCP, MCSA, MCSE is a plus basic networking knowledge is an advantage Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail strong communications and interpersonal skills ability to travel to client sites in Queens Connecticut and New Jersey as needed HR background checks will be required - Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
