Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Desktop Technician in Pompano Beach, FL!** Pay rate: $29/hr Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload your resume.** As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software components to ensure the smooth operation of the Business. Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: + Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues across the company + Provide First Level support to End-User devices & Peripherals + (PC’s, Laptops, Tablets, Android Devices, Printers, Scanners, Etc.) + Support the Brunswick network infrastructure + Device replacements on a routine schedule according to warranty + Deploy new technology and devices to users and on the shop floor + Accurate documentation of work process + Utilize the Brunswick ITSM software for work performed + Be a technical resource, provide planning, and drive execution for special projects while still performing current job duties + Assist in communication to End-Users regarding changes, upgrades or planned outages + Strictly follow guidance and regulations provided by Information Security + Strong attention to detail and to maintain safety in the workplace Education/Certification Requirements: + Associates degree or certificate in Information Systems, Computer Science or relatable + Bachelors degree preferred Experience requirements: + Strong experience supporting Windows Operating Systems, Android Devices, Configuration Manager, Active Directory and corporate Networks + **5+ years’ work experience providing support in a related field** Note: **This role is an onsite role, must live in/near Pompano Beach, FL!** **Pay Details:** $29.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
