Description Responsibilities: • Install and manage IT equipment such as monitor arm, monitor scale, and mini PC at the Weighing Assistant station • Manage and maintain cables at each station to ensure a tidy and efficient work environment • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear during installation and maintenance tasks • Troubleshoot network connections and ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure • Support the Windows 11 client environment and help resolve any technical issues • Use Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to perform daily tasks • Maintain effective communication with end-users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions • Apply analytical skills to solve complex technical problems • Ensure all equipment installations are in line with quality assurance management standards • Leverage knowledge in computer engineering to enhance system performance and functionality.
