THE ROLE
The Dessert Cart Server is responsible for servicing all dessert/gelato cart orders and maintains complete knowledge of all dessert selections and premium liqueurs. The incumbent provides superior customer service at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Setup, delivery, and cleanup of dessert and gelato carts Review product quantity with Kitchen Liaison Provide guests service of dessert offerings, gelato, and liqueurs Maintain compliance with company and governmental alcohol service policies Stock assigned cart with appropriate quantities of product, small-wares, utensils, etc. Continually track inventory to count wastage, items sold, etc. Place orders with Manager for any additional product required Assist in Suites delivery of food and beverage as required Any other duties assigned by ManagerQUALIFICATIONS

Smart Serve certification. Completion or in progress of obtaining OSSD. Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills. Understanding of safe food handling policies. Team player and ability to work with diverse groups. Focus on customer service at all times. Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
