Tom Wood Subaru, in Indianapolis, IN, is currently searching for a full-time, dedicated, and passionate Detail Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a detailing enthusiast, have a keen eye for tiny details, and be able to provide excellent customer service! 

 

Responsibilities: 

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every detail jobUphold exceptional standards and quality of service to enhance the organization's reputationThoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and sanitizingInspect vehicles for any damage or necessary repairs and report findings to managementCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasksKeep detailed records of services performed and inventory of detailing suppliesOther duties as assigned

 

Qualifications: 

Proven experience as a Detail SpecialistExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong time management, organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a meticulous approach to your workKnowledge of various cleaning and detailing products and tools.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending, for extended periodsRequired- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
