**Detailer** **Paying $18 / HR - $20 / HR** **Location - Portland, OR** **Responsibilities:** + Inspect the unit to assure that the final product matches the customer order. + Assure that the completed product meets quality standard for form, fit and function of the completed units. + Assist in the formal development of quality standards. + Work with the production team to assure that repairs are completed in a timely manner in order to maximize customer satisfaction. + Assist in communicating quality issues throughout the organization in order to prevent further occurrences. + Assist in the generation of countermeasures to resolve quality issues. + Complete minor defects. + Immediate and efficient communication of all non-conformances to those who must complete any needed repairs. + Proper planning of units through the inspection area. + Work safely in a production environment wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required. + Regular and predictable attendance. + Ability to interact with others. + Positive attitude and willing to learn. **Qualifications:** + Prior experience in automotive field, background in QA, or detailing background is a plus. **Environment/ Shift:** + Day shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm OR 7:00am - 3:30, Monday through Friday. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Good shop with very nice people. + Opportunity for development. + Stable work. + Great entry level position.
