This role: A day and week in the life… + Manage and monitor team status, project timelines, and detailed tasks. + Support your team in providing technical and project guidance to solve complex problems and make sound technical decisions. + Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to uphold team standards. + Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Management to ensure successful project delivery. + Provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities to ensure high levels of team performance. + Evaluate and refine development processes, tools, and methodologies to achieve better results. This role: You will be successful in this role if you… + Worked for 8+ years   as a developer and 5+ years as a development manager. + Have a strong technical background in software engineering, with proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, infrastructure, and development tools including proven experience with Jira and git. + Have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. + Enjoy mentoring and optimizing team performance to achieve spectacular results. + Can prioritize competing demands, delegate tasks effectively and make informed decisions under pressure. + Earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field or have equivalent work experience.
