The Work You'll Do:

The DevOps Engineer III works closely with Agile Development teams and the SaaS Operations department to analyze, design, and implement quality technical solutions that support our Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. Leveraging the latest technologies, including GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, Puppet, and RunDeck, this role is responsible for designing and executing build, release, deployment, and configuration activities across multiple applications.

More specifically, you will:

Define and implement processes to maintain software product configurations and infrastructure server configurations. Maintain applications and tools used within the Development team throughout the SDLC. Create clear and industry-standard documentation for process definitions and user training. Collaborate within an agile team to develop software solutions and advocate for best practices in Configuration Management. Continuously re-evaluate and propose improvements to existing Configuration Management practices.

What We Need From You

Knowledge of SaaS technologies and SDLC processes. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell. Familiarity with private repositories, such as GitHub (preferred). Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities. Willingness to take on some off-hour responsibilities as needed.
