The Developer will work with colleagues to gather requirements, design, develop, document and implement solutions to meet the needs of our business. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with business leaders and technology team members. This candidate must have a professional demeanor and provide the highest level of customer service.

  

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with development team and stakeholders to set specifications for applicationsAnalyze, develop, evaluate, and implement new solutions in support technology requirementsWrite high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlinesDesign creative prototypes according to specificationsPerform unit and integration testing before launchConduct functional and non-functional testingTroubleshoot and debug applicationsEvaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and/or add new featuresDevelop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application designDesigning and maintaining databases to ensure their stability, reliability, and performanceInterface with all levels of employeesDemonstrate the ability to work independently and with colleaguesDevelop user-centric test scenariosCreate and maintain documentation associated with development activities

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

4-year degreeExperience working with C# and ReSharperExperience working in Visual StudioExperience working with JavaScript, PowerShell, HTML/CSS J-Query
Kendo UI, SQLExperience building or supporting a custom web applicationExperience with Workday and Office 365 is a plusExperience with Azure DevOpsExperience working in a Professional Services firm or with financial data a plusMust be able to quickly process and analyze information and be able to use it to make decisions and solve problemsMust be well organized with a strong attention to detailsMust be able to handle confidential information with discretionMust be collaborative with the ability to build positive relationships
