DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:-
A. The CPA Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Performing highly advanced (senior-level) technical reporting analysis work in support of CPA’s Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) and the ERP program;
2. Providing technical reporting support for CAPPS HR/Payroll (which includes Taleo Recruit and Learn modules);
3. Providing technical reporting support for CAPPS Financials;
4. Providing technical reporting support related to CAPPS Central Agencies and/or CAPPS Hub Agencies;
5. Providing technical support for all CAPPS related reporting tools and processes;
6. Monitoring and ensuring that the CAPPS architectural solution and infrastructure sizing are aligned with CPA reporting requirements;
7. Assisting with general CAPPS maintenance technical reporting activities;
8. Assisting with gathering, developing, and documenting of technical reporting requirements;
9. Developing reports based on functional specification for a group or organization;
10. Assisting functional and/or technical staff in the creation for report training requirements;
11. Assisting with providing reports training to CAPPS users, as needed;
12. Documenting technical, and/or functional, reports requirements (i.e., coding, naming conventions, etc.);
13. Communicating technical reporting requirements to functional and/or technical staff;
14. Reviewing, assessing, and developing technical processes related to reports;
15. Assisting with troubleshooting technical issues related to the software application and/or supporting infrastructure related to supporting reports;
16. Assisting with and supporting testing activities of reports, as needed (e.g., system, UAT, accessibility, performance, etc.);
17. Assisting with and supporting various upgrades, as needed (e.g., PeopleSoft image, PeopleSoft Fluid, PeopleTools, etc.);
18. Assisting with various activities related to CAPPS deployment efforts related to report development;
19. Assisting with the review of deliverables for quality and completeness on complex, cross-agency projects, as needed;
20. Assisting with special project support provided to internal and/or external customers as may be needed; and
21. Performing other related Work as assigned.

D. The Worker may possess, at a minimum, the following types of skillsets:
1. Ability to work with internal and external customers, project managers, business and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and CPA contracted vendors;
2. Technical expertise related to any or all of the following: Oracle PeopleSoft (9.x), Oracle Taleo, Oracle tools (e.g., Database, Golden Gate, RAC, etc.), Business Objects, AIX or Linux, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Data Warehouse;
3. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
4. Ability to collaborate with various types of SMEs, stakeholders, programmers, and developers in order to assist with and/or design, develop, implement and support complex business solutions;
5. Ability to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams;
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary; and
7. Ability to prepare and present technical information to various levels of SMEs, stakeholders, and executives.
