This will be a senior client facing role and we need a self-starter with experience on multiple Workday deployments. You will also have the chance to make an impact and build out the UST integration deployment team in a leadership role. The Opportunity and Responsibilities: Support, develop and lead our UST Workday integrations workstream for new deployments and AMS/optimization (Phase X) projects. Perform senior developer role working directly with local and international clients around integrations design, testing, vendor management and deployment. Bring your technical expertise (e.g. Workday studio hands-on experience) to client engagements and oversee/mentor junior team members. Lead teams to work directly with clients around requirements gathering/design, testing and post-production support after deployment. Opportunity to lead and contribute to the expansion of our Workday Extend and Gen AI capabilities. 5+ years of Workday or related HCM integrations experience with deployment and post-production support experience. Previous tenure at a certified Workday partner, along with current or past integration certifications (Advanced certifications including studio, extend, CCTP preferred). Strong understanding of Workday integrations and related technologies.
