Job Title: Qlik Sense Developer

Role Description:
UST Global® is seeking an experienced Qlik Sense Developer to oversee the full lifecycle of Qlik Sense application development. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing advanced data models and dashboards while collaborating with business users to deliver data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise in Qlik Sense, predictive analytics, and data management, while also mentoring junior developers and ensuring data integrity across all processes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of Qlik Sense application development, from design to implementation. Develop predictive analytics models within Qlik Sense to generate actionable insights. Design, build, and manage complex data models, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to business needs. Collaborate with business users to gather and translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Integrate Qlik Sense with Qlik Catalog for streamlined data management and accessibility. Optimize Qlik Sense applications to improve performance, user experience, and usability. Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in Qlik Sense development. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Qlik Sense applications and data processes. Stay current with Qlik Sense advancements, predictive analytics trends, and industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense development. Advanced proficiency in Qlik Sense scripting, data modeling, and dashboard development. Strong knowledge of Qlik NPrinting for report generation and distribution. Solid understanding of predictive analytics and machine learning principles. Advanced SQL skills with experience in databases like MS SQL Server and Oracle. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively engage with business users.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Qlik Sense certification is an advantage. Experience working with Qlik Catalog for data integration. Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs.

Experience Range:

3+ years of relevant experience as a Qlik Sense Developer.
