About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Management Knowledge Specialist to join our Product Management Center of Excellence team in the Client Technology Services organization. This role is focused on creating, curating, and managing content related to Product Management principles and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, content strategy, knowledge management, and instructional design with a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric content. Key Responsibilities: • Content Development: Create, curate, and manage content related to Product Management principles and best practices. This includes developing instructional materials, such as micro-learnings in written and video format, best practice guides, templates, examples, case studies, and other knowledge assets. • Content Strategy: Develop and drive a holistic content strategy to ensure up to date, engaging, user-centric, relevant, and meaningful content. Collaborate with the Product Management Center of Excellence, Product Management Champions, and other stakeholders to align content topics with the most pressing business objectives. • Knowledge Management: Implement and maintain knowledge management practices to ensure content is easily accessible, searchable, and reusable by the organization’s product teams. Develop and manage a knowledge taxonomy to organize content effectively. • User Research: Conduct user research, such as surveys and interviews, to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience. Use insights to inform content development and strategy. • Data-Driven Content Optimization: Analyze content performance using content analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, user experience, architecture, and engineering, to ensure content aligns with overall business goals, stakeholder expectations, and user needs. Example collaborative content includes product management framework and roles & responsibilities documentation. • Training and Support: Develop training materials in collaboration with other Centers of Excellence and provide support to content creators and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality content delivery. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Instructional Design, Business, Information or Knowledge Management). • 3-5 years of experience in content development, content strategy, or knowledge management, preferably in a product management or technology environment. • Strong understanding of Product Management principles and best practices. • Excellent writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills. • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft O365, content management systems and knowledge management platforms. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with content optimization techniques.
