Job Summary: The Power Platform Developer is responsible for enhancing, modifying, and creating new Power Apps based on customer requirements. This role involves working with existing applications to improve functionality and user experience, as well as developing new applications to meet business needs. The Power Apps Developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Application Enhancement: Review and enhance existing Power Apps to improve functionality, performance, and user experience. New Application Development: Develop new Power Apps based on customer requirements, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new applications and enhancements to existing applications. Integration: Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, to create seamless workflows and data visualizations. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure they meet quality standards and function as intended. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and change logs. User Support: Provide support and training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the developed applications. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing Power Apps and related technologies. Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Strong programming skills including JavaScript. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure Services, such as Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
