Job Title: Java Production Support Engineer

Must-Have Skills: 4+ years of experience in Java Production Support Strong hands-on experience in Java programming Proficiency in SQL for debugging, troubleshooting, and query optimization Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy Prior experience in incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction Good-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Power BI Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell for automation and data processing Job Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues Optimize SQL queries for better system performance and debugging Work with ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy) to manage and track incidents effectively Automate repetitive tasks using Python or Shell scripting Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders Maintain and improve documentation related to production support processes and resolutions
