We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Administrator to join our Product Management Center of Excellence team in the Client organization. This role will be responsible for managing our knowledge base of product management content, assets, and learning materials, with a primary focus on SharePoint administration and website design. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining SharePoint sites, as well as a strong background in content management. Key Responsibilities: • SharePoint Development, Administration, and Analytics: Develop, maintain, and administer the Product Management Center of Excellence SharePoint site to support the organization's knowledge base. Ensure the platform is optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility. Implement custom SharePoint solutions using Power Automate and other relevant tools. Ensure the capture of key analytics to support organizational objectives and key results, possibly integrating analytics tools external to SharePoint, as needed. • Content Management: Manage the creation, organization, and maintenance of product management standards and best practices content within the knowledge base. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible to users. • Website Design: Design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing SharePoint sites. Implement best practices for web design and user experience to enhance the overall functionality, usability, and appearance of the knowledge base. • User Support: Provide support and training to users on how to effectively use the knowledge base. Address and resolve any issues or questions related to the platform. Monitor and triage feedback requests originating from the SharePoint site. • Content Optimization: Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the SharePoint site, content management processes, and knowledge management practices. Ensure all documentation is clear, comprehensive, and up to date. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Management, Computer Science, Web Design, Communications). • 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration, content management, or knowledge management. • Strong understanding of SharePoint development and maintenance. • Experience with website design and user experience principles. • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
