Amerihealth Caritas is seeking a highly skilled **SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint (both on-premise and online), SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Additionally, knowledge of MS Teams and experience with Azure, Power BI Dashboard creation, and report generation are required. This role demands excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple vendors, product owners, business stakeholders, technology leads, and the leadership team. The candidate must be flexible to work with teams who work on IST hours.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions (on-premise and online).
• SharePoint Administrator to maintain and manage organizational level changes /requests
• SPFx development and Deployment experience.
• Create and manage workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop custom applications using Power Apps.
• Utilize SQL for data management and integration.
• Design and implement data visualizations and reports using Power BI.
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards.
• Work on data storage and management (Databricks platform).
• Collaborate with multiple vendors, product owners, business stakeholders, and technology leads to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Work closely with different department technology teams, enterprise architects, and the leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
• Ten to fourteen (10 -14) years of hands-on experience with SharePoint on-premise and SharePoint Online solutioning.
• Experience managing SharePoint Administration in organization level.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Strong expertise experience in SPFx, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with MS Teams.
• Experience with Azure Databricks platform for Power BI.
• Proficiency in creating Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple vendors, product owners, business stakeholders, and technology leads.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work with teams across different time zones (EST and IST).
• Power Platform and SharePoint Certifications highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree.
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills:**
• Experience working in a similar role within a large organization.
• Experience working for Healthcare domain.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles.
