Developer Relation/DevTech Strategic Account Manager
**Job Description:** + You will lead complex partnerships with top developers with a focus on helping them drive new business and growth. + You'll use strong business acumen, leadership skills and industry knowledge to grow developers' digital businesses, develop/negotiate innovative agreements, identify emerging opportunities and challenges, and drive solid business outcomes for our partners and the client. **Responsibilities:** + Evaluate the app development technology landscape to identify middleware partners with the highest impact opportunities within the gaming ecosystem. + Lead partnership strategy and relationship management with middleware partners to garner insight into DevTech roadmaps & align priorities with cross functional teams at the client. + Design pilots for technical improvements in app & games performance in collaboration with Games Product/Engineering/Developer Relations stakeholders. + Develop & negotiate deals to deepen DevTech partnerships and improve app quality & performance in the Play/Android ecosystem across Android devices. + Ensure alignment across cross functional groups (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Developer Relations) to increase efficiency and improve execution **Mandatory:** + 10 years of experience in leading and executing initiatives with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc.), influencing executive stakeholders, and leading internal/external communications and negotiations. + 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, sales or marketing. + Strategic acumen with experience using analytical insight and employing thoughtful structures to solve problems and communicate solutions. + Ability to work autonomously with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and articulate business, financial, agreement and other value points with stakeholders across all levels of management. **Skills:** + Business Development + Account Management + Gaming/Mobile Apps + Developer Relationships + Partnership Management **Education:** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
