SUMMARY
The Development Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the broad Property Development department. This resource will handle a variety of corporate tasks and have responsibilities that are essential to the Property Development team’s success. The Development Administrative Assistant has strong written and oral communication skills, great attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned.
Support Development team in general office support including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and producing and distributing correspondence.Supports the Development team as the Site Host.Manage executive schedules and active calendars in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.Manage executive expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.Coordinate logistics for conferences and company events; including detailed travel plans, itineraries, agendas, schedules, meeting materials and executive meals.Respond to questions, requests, or problems and directs to appropriate person or team in a timely manner, acting as the face of the executive to various stakeholders.Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.Proficient MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization with a high degree of professionalism.Ability to handle highly sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality.Ability to bring a positive outlook to all situations.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Four or more years of relevant administrative experience preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
