This opportunity on the Development and Construction team allows participants to gain practical experience in managing multiple construction and remodel projects across various brands. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with brand-specific design and construction standards while supporting project schedules and timelines. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills necessary for project management within the construction field, offering valuable insights into the full lifecycle of development and construction initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support Construction team to manage multiple remodel construction projects of existing franchisee or corporate owned assets across multiple brands
Partner and collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to the Brand-specific design and construction standards
Support broader team on project schedules by tracking remodel work based on defined critical path project timelines
Work cross functionally with key Inspire stakeholders, such as design, procurement, operations, real estate, legal, and others
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Construction Management, or other related programs of study)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES :
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience and interest working in Project Management, specifically within Construction
Proficiency using MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
Well-organized with high attention to detail
Highly motivated and a self-starter
