ResponsibilitiesAs a participant in the Treasury Administration Development Associate Program, you will Support senior management concerning the functions of Treasury Administration, which may include asset/liability modeling, funds transfer pricing, loan and deposit pricing, variance and profitability reporting, investment portfolio and bank funding analysis and accounting. Development and maintenance of subsidiary accounting and analysis systems, and operational procedures used to support the various treasury functions. Document, maintain, and reconcile financial assets, liabilities or other financial transactions associated with the treasury function.

Earned a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with a minimum GPA of 3.0Scheduled to graduate on or before June 2025.Well organized, with attention for detailMathematical, analytical and modeling skillsDesire to learn new computer based analytical applicationsAbility to produce accurate financial analysisAbility to work independentlyAbility to manage projects, goals, and timetablesMust have practical skills in PC applicationsMust pass intermediate test in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and WordStrong verbal and written communication skillsPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
